COME ALONG TO ONE OF OUR 5* EVENTS & TRANSFORM YOUR WORLD!
Here is a sneak peak behind the doors of our latest sell out event in Central London. Let's just say, it was pure alchemy.
100 years ago - on 6 February 1918 - an important law was passed which changed the UK forever. It was called the Representation of People Act 1918 and was an important law because it allowed women to vote for the very first time. It also allowed all men over the age of 21 to vote too. Before this law, women weren't allowed to vote in general elections at all. As part of their campaigning for this law, suffragettes used to carry out demonstrations, which were sometimes violent. In order to get their message heard, they would smash windows, set fire to politicians' postboxes, refuse to eat and chain themselves to railings.
At Feminine Superpowers we are all about building bridges, not burning bras. We stand for those women who fought for our rights and are grateful for their strength and determination. There is no greater force than a woman on the rise and the suffragettes were the symbol of the female rising in society. There is still a long way to go until we reach equality but 100 years ago marked a massive change in the way that women were viewed in society. That was history, now it’s about making herstory.
Feminine SuperPowers hosted another sell out event at London's Corinthia Hotel on Saturday. Meg Matthews sat up front and was encapsulated from the get go, while the gorgeous Roxie Nafousi danced and sang throughout. It was another memorable event and is clearly taking London by storm. Media interest has been through the roof!
Our leading ladies did a stellar job, Michelle Zelli's live coaching was nothing short of magical, while Cat Raincock had the group instantly hypnotised by her sparkles of delight. Julia Cameron De Villiers shared her life hacks for love before Ashleigh Guthrie channelled her superpowers through her Tibetan singing bowls! To finish off, Audrey Chapman wowed the audience with her soulful Love Selling tools.
There was no shortage of surprise and delights, with pink roses lining the stage, personalised tarot cards on the seats, FSP meditation balm for each attendee and more. There was tears, laughter, connection and magic - it was quite simply pure alchemy.
Our next event is 9th June, we sense a bigger venue might be needed next time!
Barely done with counting coffers from Valentine’s Day, florists and chocolatiers eagerly rub hands with commercial glee as they reliably entice us to consider Mother. For some that very word create shivers of fear and dread. Too many people experience Mothering Sunday not as a delightful excuse to push aside life’s endless commitments and make Mum a priority on this special date. Nor to engage in the pressure to pamper and spoil the woman whose tummy you ruined and life you changed immeasurably.
